Updated to iOS 12 last night.

In 4.5 hours my battery is nearly flat, 15%

Normally lasts all day and not even half flat.

Anyone else?
[doublepost=1537616935][/doublepost]Since I posted this and left the phone unlocked it’s dropped 4% in the 12 minutes

What usage? Post up a photo of your battery screen - to see what it using the most battery. Could be an app not optimised, or you may just need to reset the phone settings.

iPad Pro is the same :( down to 16%

Phone is on charge somewhere, I’ll get a screen shot off that and my iPad Pro now. Either way the batt is now completely crap the day after the update on both these devices now.
[doublepost=1537624447][/doublepost]Wow, personal hotspot is on when at the field when my boy is at football for about an hour. I watched Netflix today on my iPad Pro as it was raining lol. iPad never needs charging during the day even if I watch Netflix for an hour or 2 in the office.

Hello. Why don't you downgrade to 11.4.1 while it's still possible and see how the two OS compare. Very possible you have a genuine battery drain problem then get id of iOS 12, a better iteration of 11. You probably won't miss 12 if you recover precious battery time.
