After having my 5s for two years I got the battery replaced by a store because it was not lasting as long. However the new battery drains 1 percent every thirty seconds unless it is on wifi or in airplane mode. I have completely restored it, deleted all apps, and it is still draining on cellular. I turned off Documents & Data Sync on cellular and I turned off location services. Still draining. Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

If you restore and don't put a backup on it does it still happen then?

Where did you replace your battery? In the official Apple Store or a repair shop? Probably you're getting a refurbished battery replacement.

What is the signal strength of the cellular network? If you don't have a strong enough connection with the cell network, your battery will drain because the phone is trying to search for a better connection. Hence why your batter is fine on wi-fi or in airplane mode (it's not searching anymore).
