Got the iPhone 11 Pro Max about a week ago ( December 23) and it seems that I’m experiencing battery drain issue

I unplugged it at 10:30am with 100% and at 1:20pm it’s on 77% with minimum usage ( sent a few photos , texted family and friends , played music for about 20minutes, had a 30second phone call , from 11:30 till 12:30 I wasn’t using it.)

I did a dfu restore ( 3 times) , reset all settings , erased all contents. No luck

My battery health is at 100% and I’m not a heavy user. I turned off location services , background app refresh , raised to wake , used mostly WiFi ( avoided 4g) and still my battery can barely last me the day.

My friend also has the IPhone 11 Pro Max and he unplugged his phone at 1pm with 82% on 4g and been using it non-stop and at 5pm he’s at 77%.

Am I experiencing battery drain issue?
My concern is that I won’t able to replace it because if Apple run a test on my battery and see it’s at 100% then they will brush it off and tell me nothing is wrong.

I have provided photos of my battery life from today and the last week. (Background app refresh is
turned off for all apps)

Turn off background for Snapchat, it’s been draining your battery.

In all the screenshots I took, background app refresh was off for all apps.
Well going by your screenshots "snapchat back ground activity" is between 20 and 60 percent of your battery drain. I'd check my settings again cuz snapchat is causing a huge drain going by your own screenshots.

Something is draining it and perhaps it’s Snapchat or maybe it’s not. Took my phone off at 4pm and it’s almost 4 now and I’m at 46% on my 11 pro. Streaming music mostly and using 4G mostly with no issues.

I have background app refresh off for snapchat but still showing background activity and i can't just stop using snapchat because all my photos and videos are on it and that's how I communicate with all my friends and family.

I never experienced this kind of issue when I had my iPhone X.

Settings - Snapchat

Turn off Bluetooth and Location access and see if that fixes the problem. Replicate these settings;

Snapchat likely seems to be the issue, you can test the settings as iFone88 has mentioned or you can delete the app for a day and test. When I go to sleep for roughly 7 to 8 hours and wake up my unplugged 11 Pro Max only loses about 2 to 3% battery life.

I’ll l try it out today , same here I lose about 2-3% during the entire night ( about 8 hours of sleep) but as soon as I start using it I lose about 13% percent within the first hour with minimum usage.
