Battery Draining fast after pkgbackup?

After having issues with my phone last week, I restored it as new, Jailbroke it using Redsn0w, and restored my apps from pkgbackup.

But since then, my battery isnt lasting as long as it was before this.

Is there anything i can check or should I set up as new, then JB and do a clean install of all my packages again?

Pkgbackup does a clean install of all your packages. It stores the details of your installed packages in a contact and reinstalls them via apt, the same way Cydia would install them.
