I bought a Lenovo-Motorola Moto E4 cheap smartphone for my parents over a year ago; could be over a year and a half. The phone sees very light use. (It is unlocked. I installed a Tracfone SIM card for pay-as-you-go service.)

It looks like the battery is going bad in the E4. (It has a removable back shell and a replaceable battery.) Where can I shop for a good replacement battery? Are there outfits that still cell cellular batteries?

Thanks in advance.

Check out your local Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo, etc. where you can often find new sealed carrier branded Moto E4 for as low as $25 then just use the battery and save the rest like screen for repair parts.
