My M1 MBP is showing a battery health of 2%, with a condition of "Service Battery". The battery itself works fine, excellent battery life so far. Just a glitch in the way iStat Menus reads the battery status? Does anybody see "normal" readings please?

Pretty sure it’s a glitch as mine also shows 2% health and when I downloaded a few third parties apps they also showed 2% health

they have not been optimised to get a proper reading, for now I would go by the ur usage or the battery condition in the battery section in system preferences

If you download the M1 version of Coconut battery it will give you an accurate reading.

I had the same glitch, I was running 6.51 but I used migration assistant from my intel mac to set up this machine.

It must ship with separate agent builds for each architecture; activity monitor reported the agent was Intel, after uninstalling and reinstalling it shows Apple and the battery health is fixed (as is the per-app CPU usage monitoring).
