Battery Health Issues Since 10.5.3 ?

My health is back to 97% now.
When my battery health was 79%, I checked the settings in System Profiler and it said my Full charge capacity was around 4000 mAh, now it shows 4939 mAh.
I've never had such screwy battery issues with any other Mac laptop (Powerbook, Macbook or Macbook Pro).

Just checked mine, and it shows full charge capacity to be at 4987mAh....
iStat still showing my health to be 97%, it was at 99% before I did the 10.5.3 update !
