I had a similar problem when I bought mine...

My battery was at 97% when purchased according to coconut. I have run it through about 11 cycles now and it is at 94-95%. I was told not to worry about it from the apple genius guy as the total battery display on the coconut application is just an estimate of what the battery can hold and may not represent an actual amount. He says if you see a rapid drop after 10-15 cycles then you should be worried and stop back in.

My battery life has still been really good so I've learned to not watch my battery's life dwindle away on coconut haha. However, if you notice it keep falling I would not hesitate to go to an apple store and get a new one as it is not unusual for Li-Ion batteries to be bad upon purchase every once and a while. Keep me updated on what you find out.

Battery health has been the one problem I have had with my launch MBA.

It recently had to be sent to a repair centre to have a new battery fitted after it began reporting only 65% BH after 49 cycles.
