Battery Infos

My blackbook arrived today! (Less than 24 hours after I placed my order) I was wondering about battery cycles and what they mean. I have 2 atm but I have no idea what that means. How should I care for my battery? Charge then discharge or what?

I'm the last person to be giving advice on this sort of thing but here it goes:
Try to discharge your battery until it's almost dead before charging it up again. Also, you should calibrate your battery every month or so.
