These are taken within the last four days. With identical use, 10gm gives a hour and half less time on the full charge.
iPhone 6 is 19 months old with 224 battery cycles.
 
Technically, right off the bat the usage is not identical. The service in your screenshot with the GM is considerably worse than the 9.3.5. That alone will have battery drain.

With all my comparisons, iOS 10GM is identical to 9.3.3/9.3.4. iOS 10 B6/B7 was significantly better than 9.3.3/9.3.4.
