Mine is stuck on 96%..... If i click show time , its stuck on 0:15. The same goes for iStat pro, only its says 2:07 instead. Restart didnt help so I don't know what to do.

Try repairing permissions (in disk utility)

If repairing permissions doesn't work, you might try a reset of the Power Management Unit (PMU). If you're using a Macbook(Pro) then the proper link is here.
