Battery Optimization Issue

Hi all, I have an MBA M1 8/256 with Sequoia 15.1.1. I use it in clamshell mode with external monitor and always keep it plugged in. Sequoia can't keep the battery at 80%, continuously charge it to 100% and then discharge it to 80% and after a while recharge it to 100% and on and on. How can I solve it? I am doing several charging cycles in a short time. Thank you very much.

Use AlDente app. Much more control. Apples OBC never worked for me with similar usage to yours, though it does for some people.
