Just updated some of my cydia tweaks through cydia and my battery jumped up from 94% to 98%.

Anyone else had this?

Yup. Respring or restart. Who knows if the higher or lower number (or neither) are correct.

I am calibrating the battery currently. Hopefully that brings some order.

Also, the battery usage stats will show dashes upon resprings. One time it showed dashes without a respring (unless it respringed on itself while the phone was asleep without me knowing).

That happens more often that people tend to be aware of. If it happens again, check your logs for a low memory warning. If Springboard is the largest running app, you've most likely got a poorly coded tweak installed that sucks up your RAM.
