I updated my iPhone 3g to 3.1 and now I lost the percentage meter next to the battery symbol. Is there any way to get it back?

Oh, Im sorry, I read it as a 3GS. Whoops. So how did you have it in the first place? Via hack/ JB?

Yeah, the OP was obviously JB at one time. Some of the JB stuff can remain even after you get un-JB. However, it looks like 3.1 got rid of the meter, and there's really no way to get it back. The OP could go through the process of downgrading a 3G that they've talked about in the forums, but I seriously doubt he'd have the battery meter after that, unless he could then restore from a backup, if he even has one pre-3.1.

Yeah my phone was jb'd right before 3.0 and it had the percentage meter with the the factory 3.0 and I haven't jb'd since. Thanks for the knowledge. I appreciate it.
