battery percentage

Does this ware the battery any quicker? I remember reading the SBSettings version sucked down the battery, so I am just curious.

My phone is not jailbroken/unlocked or anything. On AT&T.

If you have enable via the iPhone settings using something like asBattery it doesn't affect battery life at all.

It's the cydia app that enables the battery percentage toggle in settings.

just as aggie says, its built in and doesnt affect the battery. The only problem i've realized is how people are not used to reading the battery level of the iphone as a percentage so when they see their percent drop by 5 percent they freak out, but its just normal battery usage. I mean its a number, its not completely accurate and it'll either be underestimating or overestimating depending on what you do if you play video games, surf the web over wifi, etc. But its just a number. Thats all
