Battery showing right percentage?

Hi, I got a new MacBook Air m2 and there are two unusual things about it's battery:
1. it stays a lot in 100% (it takes like an hour to be 99%)
2. the estimation of remaining time to fully charge is wrong. it says 20 minutes left when it gets 99% and after a little time it becomes fully charged.

What can I do?

What can I do?

Try running the battery all the way down to zero then recharging it.
