Battery Stats. Gone After Restart

I have noticed that the battery stats. (Time Since Last Full Charge) are gone after I restart my iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 10.03. Instead, the usual "Usage times will be shown after iPhone is fully charged," is shown below where the times would appear. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hmmm, it has never been this way with previous versions of iOS. Any idea why this is the case with iOS 10?

It was like that when you would reset but not when you would just restart.

Something that we'd need someone who knows something about it from Apple to comment on.

Hmmm, I don't see this documented anywhere as a "feature," so I'm not sure this is a design choice.

I have the same issue. It showed the battery usage before, but this error apparently triggers when you reboot your iPhone (pressing the power and volume down button) and since then my usage shows nothing. So I guess OP did it too. Is this fixed in 10.2 beta?

As mentioned in two other threads now. Doing a hard reset will always wipe battery data. The issue is why does iOS 10 wipe battery data with a soft reset. Which has been examined above.

This will never be fixed because its 100% intentional. A hard reset has wiped battery stats since iOS 1.
