I have a replacement iPad after a dead pixel on my first one, noticed two things with the replacement:

1. The battery percentage after charging today is stuck on 100%

2. When I turned the iPad off to see if that reset the battery the unit seems to turn off, then comes back on and then switches off properly.

Anyone else had either of the above happen?

1. That happens to me; the first 1% lasts me 30-40min and then the iPad starts dropping. I am not complaining as it gives me more battery life.
2. Not sure, never happened to me.

2: I have that problem with turning it off.. after you move the turn off slider i guess it looks like it turns back on and then it go to shutdown process.. I started having this problem after I jailbreak the ipad.. i dont think its kind of major for me..
