I use my laptop mostly at a desk, and dont often unplug it. what is the best way to make the abttery last the longest. always in the computer being fully charged, or sitting on the side, only plugged in when it needs to be charged and taken with me? will it die quicker being plugged in always or not having juice to it?

Sorry to post a question on your thread, but i thought this was similar to yours. Is it good practice to remove the battery and use the laptop? I don't need to move around much so i figured i'd remove the battery so that i don't bring the cycles up too high. Will it affect the laptop in any way? (Apart from tripping over the charger and having the laptop turn off) I charge the battery every so often but not on a daily basis. Just want to know if removing the battery while using the laptop will pose problems. Thanks.
