The vast majority of my 13 Pro battery usage is due to "No Cell Coverage" (60% to 80% usually).
I have no cell signal at home where I spend almost all of my time (wifi only at home and almost no cell service unless I drive miles from home).
If I were to turn off "Cellular Data" in the control center while using wifi, this should improve, am I correct?

Disabling cellular data will still see the phone searching for a signal. I’d recommend turning on airplane mode with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth still enabled.

Exactly. Turing off cellular data doesn't turn off cellular. Just the data portion. Airplane mode should turn off the cellular radio.
