I'm in a very lucky position to own both - AWU2 paired with my 16 Pro Max; and GWU paired with my Z Fold 6

Both great pairings and both superb watches IMO

I like both, a lot; I think though I like the GWU's build slighty over th AWU2. Just feels a bit more rugged and watch like; whereas the AWU2 tech and apps, IMO; are a good bit ahead of the Samsung offering for now (I'm sure that'll change with the next iteration)

Both fitted with the Spigen EZFit screen protector and both running the Ultimal straps currently

I have the original AWU but I do enjoy both watches I think they're both great for my needs and totally enjoy swapping out different days get to experience each along with the OnePlus watch which is also low-key excellent and as OnePlus has for reputation the battery on the OnePlus watch is ridiculous

Yup. I'm running Android this weekend. Monday I'll be back to Apple as my ZF6 is my work number and like to keep them separate.

But when we go away I'll probably stick with Android as my ZF6 will be perfect for reading my books etc as well as watching YouTube and other stuff...

I may take my 16PM though for the camera - but so far the Fold hasnt let me down re taking pictures

I kind of miss the Apple Watch. I moved over to Samsung and got the Galaxy 7, but I wish there was more to it than steps. I know it can monitor other things, but I feel like the Apple watch did a much better job, and the challenges and goals had a little more variety. The only thing I didn't like was the monthly challenges giving me anxiety and I wished I could replace the stand goal with something else.

I'm usually daily flip-flopping haha last night I had the Apple watch on today I probably go with the OnePlus. I was using the GWU with other phones but decided to just strictly keep it locked in with the Fold.

Yeah, the 46mm S10 looks a bit small on me. Which one feels heavier or bigger on the arm?

TBH they're about the same; but not really a weight I notice (I habitually pick up 50kg plates one handed...) 😂 - so the weight of a watch or phone never registers with me in all honesty

To be fair I think both look decent, and both seem to have good functionality.
I'll stick with my AWU, but it is good to see the visual comparison.

Also use both the AWU2 and GWU and love them both. I don't use many of the features on either watch, so for me the GWU is the better watch. It looks so much nicer. I've been back on my AWU2 for the last 4-5 days after trying the iOS26 beta and then going back to 18.6 beta (which runs amazingly well, btw, about damn time Apple), I just can't stand the square face. My favorite watch still is the GW6 Classic. Glad I didn't hold out for the 8 Classic as it just looks like the GWU and there's no point now, they should've kept the form factor of the GW6 Classic.
