Is it possible to create a battlefield 1942 server? Or does that cost money? I've played all the time using a LAN, but when I try to make a server on the internet, it never shows up in the server list. I'm trying to play with someone I know long distance. Do you have to pay to have a server or something? What's the point of having the "Create Game" via "Internet" button in BF1942 if it doesn't work?
