OS X Battlefield is coming for Mac

I believe that EA is planing to bring Battlefield 3 and 4 to Mac.

This is the why I believe that: if you go to Battlelog website the Main page has a picture of the iPhone and a Macbook Pro :)

Maybe I am guessing wrong but I hope I am not :)

Ugh, could you not have included the "I believe" in the title?

Anywho, the iPhone thing is irrelevant, it's just a standalone social app.

I think the MacBook thing may be a goof. It shows "Play Campaign" but it's clearly a windows screenshot.

I've been playing BF3 on my MacBook quite often.


Under bootcamp...


Excuse me, but there is no reason to believe that BF is coming to Mac just because they show a MBP running battlelog.
Rather because DICE is hiring developpers for OS X as mentioned in another thread...
 
Seems crazy to think battlefield 3 would come to mac with 4 just round the corner .
 
We have other reasons to think BF3-4 is coming to the Mac since DICE opened a position for an OS X engineer to port frostbite to OS X.

The vast majority of companies hire or contract some graphic designers or advertisers who mainly use Macs for advertising production (including website design and web-based ads and promotions). So the website image means little, unless the company actually went out of their way to give "teaser" hints that Mac versions are coming.

And besides.... EA is the worst company (in terms of quality) when it comes to games, Macs or PCs. EA was voted worst company of the year in America, in 2012. Yes, worst company of the year. Such a fantastic honor.

Solmani, I wouldn't taken into consideration anything the Internet and EA hate gang bangers have to say. Just a bunch of pre-pubescent teenagers. Personally, I love the EA games I play sure I'd change a few things but these people that hate have no idea of the development cycle of game.
