MuniTime for the iPhone is one frickin' awesome app. I use it everyday.

It's limited to the San Francisco/Muni system though. There's one also for the Portland Streetcar. They claim that more cities is coming soon Would be VERY neat if they do something similar to this for other cities/transportation systems.
