To me it would only be a shocker if a jailbroken iPhone with Installer and Cydia prevented the phone from actually exploding. Cuz then that picture doesn't match the story.

Come on people, it's quite shocking that BBC, the largest Broadcaster in the UK would be using Jailbroken phones on it's site. Nicly pointed out ChaseUK.

And we know it's not promoting Jailbroken phones or makes the story any less real, but it's always shocking when you see that, and for that, stop bashing the OP for this.
