Interesting .. I watched the video but not exactly understanding the objective or how to play ... put hot dogs on the grill but then what, you just sort of time it for when they need to be puled? or are you avoiding the flare ups?

It's fairly simple. You grill food and when you're done, place it on the top plate. You get a score based on the quality of the cooking, and the 'happy' bar at the top goes up or down depending the quality. When the 'happy bar' is full, you advance to the next level, when it's empty, it's gameover.

make it like you start out cooking for family, then you progress till you are finally cooking for a restaurant (also follow that review) i think he has a point
