BC 1.3 Keyboard Problems

Hey all, can anyone use their quotation marks and other buttons -

I cant use my symbols or anything right now because the computer messes them up, for instance:

a quotation mark = è
a question mark = É

Any ideasÉ Ha!

I decided to do a system restore back to the old 1.1.2 BC installation.

There may be no responses because lots of us are having trouble with 1.3 and the keyboard. I have lost all teh functions keys and their intended use such as brightness control, volume and keyboard backlight.

I did too.

Although, I was too lazy to see if Apple added some new control panel or system tray application.
