Hey everyone,
I just picked up a BCM943602CS Wireless card (PCI-e) for my 2009 Mac Pro that I updated to a 5.1.
The card is advertised as Mac compatible and many people use it in the Hackintosh builds, but for some reason I can not get my Mac to recognize it. My OS is Mojave.

Has anyone had any experience with this card or have any advice on how to get my Mac to recognize it?

Thank you.

Not sure why the card isn't functioning as the drivers are supposed to be built into OS X. Most people install the replacement for the card that's on the motherboard, not the PCI-E version. OSXWIFI webpage has this card listed, but it states Hackintosh/PC. Perhaps there's a difference between the boards that prevents the PCI-E version working. If you log onto their webpage, there's an email address toward the bottom that you could email and ask if they support this card on a proper 5,1 MacPro.

Edit: Their card model number is slightly different than yours. CD on the end not CS and it looks like yours has three antenna instead of four. Maybe yours isn't supported?

There's a thread on here about this topic. https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...ac-4-1-upgraded-to-5-1.2163186/#post-26960929
