Bearlake/DDR3 MBPs

I'm looking to buy a new 15" MBP sometime after OS X Leopard comes out. What is the likelihood of Apple adopting the Bearlake chipset by then or the end of the year, and if so, will they use DDR3 memory?

Apple was quick to employ Santa Rosa; do you think they will jump on Montevina as quickly?

If you mean sometime soon, being about this time next year to Christmas 2008.
