Beats fit pro moon replacement tips

Has anyone had any luck getting replacement tips for Beats fit pro in limited edition colours?

Have a set of moon that have lost a tip.

Just been on an interminable live chat (can't be certain but it seemed like AI/a bot) and got offered a set of black ones and that was it. Disconnected 3 times and had to start again, really slow responses. Awful experience.

Just wondered if they were available or am I wasting my time?

Absolute waste of time.

on support call for 35 minutes. Passed from operator to operator 4 times.

None of them seemed to have a clue the eartips were even detachable.

What has happened to apple support? Never used to be this shambolic.

Oh well.

My advice: Don't by limited edition beats - if you lose a tip you're stuffed
