Apple's Beats brand is known for participating in collaborations with various designers and others for special editions of Beats earphones and headphones, and the latest partnership is with luxury activewear brand Alo Yoga for a unique version of Beats Fit Pro.

The Beats x Alo Special Edition Beats Fit Pro come in a standard matte black color but with pearlized Beats "b" logos on both earbuds and a debossed Alo logo on the right earbud. The case is where the unique design is more immediately apparent, as it features a high-gloss coating with shimmering sparkles on the exterior and a reflective chrome-like finish with Beats and Alo logos on the interior of the lid.
"The Beats x Alo collaboration felt truly predestined as both Los Angeles hometown brands have made a lasting impact on fitness and culture," said Chris Thorne, Beats CMO. "Beats and Alo have a shared passion for high-performance products that allow our customers to express their unique and distinct personalities. We're thrilled to join forces with Alo and bring the perfect tech accessory to the world of fitness."
As part of a marketing campaign for the special edition earphones, Beats and Alo worked with Grammy Award-winning artist Tyla to feature her recent track "Safer." Tyla will participate in a conversation with Apple Music host Nadeska Alexis at Apple SoHo in New York City on April 4 at 6:00 pm as part of a Today at Apple series on the intersection of music and wellness.

Beats x Alo Special Edition Beats Fit Pro will be available for $199.99 starting April 4 on Apple's and Alo Yoga's websites and at select Apple Store and Alo Store locations. Alo Access members can pre-order starting today.

Beats Fit Pro are decent for sound, but I find the comfort to be questionable over longer periods. The mic is also reportedly trash compared to the AirPods Pro. People can't hear me for anything it seems, especially if there's any noise in the background. Back with the AirPods Pro, I could be doing laundry with the washer/dryer going and be heard just fine.

Just thought I'd mention this, since I thought I'd give them a go after my AirPods Pro 1st gen got compromised via water damage I think. Also, the Beats Fit Pro aren't even as good as the gen 1 of AirPods Pro when it comes to noise cancellation. I do think the sound is a little better, but overall, I kinda regret not just goin with the APP 2nd gen instead.

Just my experience, mileage may vary of course.

Why would anyone in their right mind would get this crap over AirPods Pro?
Because they are great for working out for me?
I run in them play basketball(practicing by myself of course) in them I work out with them.
Im sorry that you do that find a use to them perhaps you aren’t all that active but for me it is the best earphones they made for me for my use.

Because AirPods do not fit properly inmost peoples ears and are constantly falling out.
This is exactly why I got some, and they did solve that problem to an extent and (having also used the entire AirPod range on and off) I do not think these are "crap" as the guy you replied to said except for a key fact... I started reading that the wings often break after a year or so. Strangely enough, about two weeks later, they broke (and there is no way to repair them). So that is clearly a design fault. I don't know whether they have addressed this issue. Anyway, I use the APP2 now which stay in reasonably well most of the time, but not as well as the Beats did. I hope the better fit that is rumoured for the next gen of APs will make them fit better for me and others with the same problem.

Love the Beats Fit Pro. Love the collabs.

But it's time to upgrade the sound, tech and especially the mic to AirPods Pro 2 standards.

I have both... the Beats fit/work better for my very sweaty workouts. Actually the PowerBeats Pro were even better with actual buttons, but they kept dying after 2-3 months from sweat (4 pairs) and Apple got tired of swapping them out.

The Beats Fit Pro are ok in fit and sound quality.
But the ANC is lacking compared to the APP (2). The ANC works but is very weak.
Also, it's difficult to finding matching color, like the Volt Green, replacement ear tips. Found one on eBay and bought a couple of replacement tips and it just fit but it doesn't provide enough of a proper tight fit for the ANC to work well.
Lastly, the Find My feature doesn't work well either.
It's good but won't upgrade for another Beats pair and will stick with the APP2.

Agree, the Beats Fit Pro are on AirPods Pro 1 level; they are in dire need to be upgraded to Apple AirPodsPro 2 standard.

Beats Fit Pros are - by far - my favourite bluetooth buds (even without H2).

Total no-brainer for anyone who is really into fitness.

I'm tempted by these as well as the previous FRGMT version.

If they release an H2 version I will instantly pre-order two pairs (me and GF).

They stay in my ears way better than APP and are great for exercise because of that.

They are perfect for work calls and don't crash my laptop's bluetooth driver like APP do, requiring me to reboot my laptop several times per day.

Happy to see that there is no premium pricing for these special editions.

The disappointment for me is I assume this means still no sign of an updated BFP. As per most of the responses above, I really like my ones and have had no issues in the couple of years I've had them. They are comfortable and secure in my ears, look much better than AirPods, and I like the sound and functionality.

A new version with an updated chip, improved ANC, and a nicer case would be really appreciated at this point. And my daughter is getting very frustrated that she's not getting my current ones as a hand-me-down still!

Having owned both airpod pros and beats fit pro.. I got these because while I replaced the airpods the case no longer holds a charge but the earpods are only maybe a year old. Having said that I do like the fit of the beats better so many times I've bent over and had them fall out sometimes close to areas of no return.

I do think the case feels cheap and it's huge but the sound and the battery life it's bad but yea it picks up a lot of the background sounds more than normal.

Also the range seems less than the Airpod pros.
