Hi

Today (2022 Aug) I stumbled across apple's site for Logic Pro.

I saw they still feature the Beats Pro in black. I also still use those headphones when music matters 🤿

Question: Are the Airpods Max a proper replacement for those Beats Pro? Can I output the same amount of base (Woofer) which is my main concern?

(I assume latency is no problem since I can connect the Airpods Max via cable)

Sadly I can't answer the question.
Had you instead asked, what headphones in the Beats/AirPods price range would be great for tracking or producing, I could have helped. There are a multitude of awesome headphones more suitable for tracking and producing than anything carrying a Beats name.
No Beats headphones are even nearly neutral enough to help you make an accurate mix.
Same goes for the AirPod Max for the same reason: fun-sounding fashion-accessories not designed for critical work.
Hopefully someone else can help.
