I am getting the Space Grey Aluminium Watch and am looking at headphones. I was going to get earphones, the powerbeats 2 wireless ones, and was then thinking of getting the Bose Soundlink On Ear Headphones. But then I came across the Beats Solo 2 Wireless Headphones, which I can get for nearly half the RRP but only in Red. Would they be useful for use with the Apple Watch? and anyone had any experience with them?

I have them, and as they are bluetooth, they are compatible with the Apple Watch.

Checkout the Beats Studio Wireless ones. Will cost you more but they are fantastic.

I have the current models of both the Beats Studio Wireless and Beats Solo (wired), both are great however the sound quality is a lot stronger on the Studios.

The Studios give you noise cancelling which may or may not be useful for you. The only problem is you can't switch it off but I don't find it intrusive, you can only faintly hear it when there's no other sound.
