Hi

I have a pair of Beats Solo Pro, which I purchased about 6 moths ago. They have been working fine until now, but recently they won’t connect to my devices without a reset.

When I unfold them, they are not automatically connecting anymore. I also cannot get them to connect by pressing the blue icon in the sound control of my iDevices. Sometimes the device can see the headphone, but nothing will happen when I select them. After a while they will disappear from the menu. Other times, they will not even be in the menu to start with.

They only way I can get them connected is by doing a soft reset (mode button and volume down). After 5 seconds or so, the led will flash red, and my device will immediately detect the headphones and connect.

Has anybody else had this issue? Any suggestions? Is it possible to do some kind of hard reset?

Thanks idvance.

I have the same issue since Monterey. Both on Intel and M1 Pro Macs. Nothing has helped so far. AirPods Pro work better (than Solo Pros), but not as seamless as on Catalina.
