Just wanted to let you guys know that I’ve received a brand new pair of beats studio buds few days ago and I’ve noticed horrible crackling distorting the music after 40 mins of exercising.

ended up returning them sticking with my powerbeats pro until something better comes along for the gym.

I mean I would of just exchanged it for a new pair once before just doing that. Could of been faulty.

I love my Klipsch T5 2 sports. IP67 rated and sound great as well

Didn’t see a reason to exchange them just incase the same issue develops.

Beats studio Buds don’t offer anything special to be honest. AirPods Pro and Powerbeats pro are superior in my opinion.

Powerbeats are so much better for exercise and AirPods have far better features. Making the the beats studio buds simple worst of both worlds.

Beats Studio Buds are great for folks who don’t like/want Powerbeats (we don’t all need ear hooks or can find them uncomfortable) and for those where AirPods Pro keep slipping out. The behaving witnessed by the OP is not typical. I would update their firmware, reset them, and repair. If still witnessed, exchange them.
