All Devices Bedtime Alarm Ease In Gone?

I remember bedtime alarms would start off soft and slowly get louder, but now it just starts off really loud. Is this a bug or has Apple gotten rid of it? I am on iOS 13.1.1.

Works as always on my XR. Starts soft and gets louder.
