uninstall bigboss repo... then go to cydia home and go to more package sources and install bigboss repo from there... :)

What does deleting and re-adding the bigboss repo have to do with not being able to fetch apt.saurik.com?

Go to sources > edit.
See any repos with a question mark (to the left) instead of an icon?
Delete my swiping right (click 'delete').

That should/could fix you.

SSH into your iPhone, navigate to the following folder:

/private/var/lib/apt/lists

delete everything except the folder "partial" (You can move them to a folder in your PC/MAC just in case)

Restart Cydia and no more warning this time! Go to Changes and press Refresh and all the changes should be there again!

It at least works for me, if not let me know?

You actually don't have to SSH into the phone. You can just tap refresh in the Changes section of Cydia.

Isn't this the native Cydia repo? I don't believe you can remove that...

Sorry, I should've elaborated. I meant you should remove the other repos you might have put in. But also try TechiEmmanuel's advice. Hit refresh on Cydia.

When I refresh Cydia I get the error... every time.

Have you tried using iCleaner and turning on "Cydia Sources"? This is designed to fix Cydia repo errors. It might fix it for you. Proceed with caution though. People have reported issues with iCleaner. Personally I've never experienced a single issue. I've had great success with iCleaner.

FYI, if you don't want iCleaner to clean everything else on your device, make sure you turn off all the features you don't want to run and only turn on Cydia sources. Good luck.
