Been Receiving PartyPoker Popups Under Firefox?

I have been receiving popups by Partypoker every so often...anybody know the cause of this?
I mean my pop up blocker is enabled...should I consider reformatting?

Some popups can get through the blocker. It's nothing to panic over.

Yes! I got that one off of MegaDownload or MegaUpload I'm not really sure what site but the pop-up was PartyPoker the first pop-up on my Mac.
