Beeping with a white screen HELP!

So my 20" 2.4 Imac crashed on me twice tonight. A box popped up telling me to hold down the restart button for several seconds to restat. The second time I did this it just sits with a white screen and give three loud beeps over and over. Is there a fix for this? Is it my ram? I'm at a loss.

Did you recently upgrade or mess with the ram?

A few months ago I upgraded to 4g from OWC.

After putting in my factory RAM the problem went away.

Why did my RAM go bad and does anyone know if OWC will replace it?

Ram just does that. It sucks, but it can happen. I would go back to OWC. I'm sure they have at least a 1 yr warranty. Can"t hurt to ask anyway.
