I have been having loud beeps during my phone calls for the past month. The proximity sensor is fully functional and the beeps are not numbers being dialed. Has somebody else ever experienced this? Please advise. Thank you.

iPhone 6 running iOS 9.1 on Verizon

Does it happen all the time? When it happens does it just happen continuously (a beep every few seconds for the duration of a call or a long time)? Basically could it be call waiting perhaps?

It sounds like call waiting. Next time it happens look at the screen and you should see who is trying to call you.

Are you both serious?....

No, it is not a call waiting.

Okay, what is your theory?
I asked if anybody else has experienced this. Could be the device, could be network, could be software, could be user related. Definitely not call waiting.

Why wouldn't we be serious? You haven't really described the beeps or answered questions about them to describe them better.

hmm. ok

What else do you need to know to diagnose the problem?
