When i start the machine up, it starts to load OS 9.2, it says "Starting up" and the shows a icon with two arrows going the opposite direction (New to macs, dont know what this icon means) then a blank white box shows and i cant do anything after that. Cursur still moves but it stop loading? Any help!

Do you happen to have a boot CD? (an OS 9 CD should work). Insert the CD into the CD drive, and then hold down the letter 'C' . You may have to reset the machine if it doesn't work the first time. Run Disk First Aid, and if you have it, Apple Hardware Test (it's on a different CD). Let us know what happens...

Ethernet

The extension that it stops on is for the Ethernet driver, I believe. Not all extensions show up at boot time and while this one seems to take time, it may be something that follows it. I would try disabling extensions on startup (hold down shift until you get the Mac OS 9.2 screen). Turn off any 3rd party extensions in the Extensions Manager, and keep restarting until you narrow it down.

Good luck!
