I'd like to use my iPhone as a webcam on my iMac (late 2013 but running OCLP with Ventura very smoothly) with the continuity camera feature for Zoom, Skype and Teams calls. I've been using my GoPro, but it's a bit heavy and I think has contributed to the crack on my screen. I've tested it, and it works fine, but I need to find a way to actually secure my phone to the computer.

Belkin's mount says it is for iPhone 12 and above. Apple's site states it's only for the newer design M-series iMacs.

Has anyone used it successfully with an iPhone 11 / Intel Mac?

I used a separate stand for my webcam iphone. Works nicely at a dirt cheap price (2~3$). I use the same stand to shoot video from my microscope, using the iphone as camera, too. angle adjustable.
