Besides backup, How do you get back an older version of an iOS App?

I recently downgraded from 4.2.1 to 3.1.3 on my iPhone 3G and unfortunately I don't have a backup of the previous version of Keynote Remote which is compatible with iOS 3

I have contacted iTunes Support, but no reply as of yet. I don't want to go back to 4.2.1 and don't plan on upgrading just yet.
