Best 27 inch external 4k display under $1k?

Hi guys,
I just ordered a new 27 inch iMac and am interested in a 27 inch external display. Until apple comes out with theirs next year, I'd like to find a 4k display that looks great, and isn't $1299 like the LG.

Any advice?

I think pretty much all 4K 27" is under $1k, except the wide color gamut ones from Eizo et al.

The current best choices seem to be:
LG 27UD88 (with USB-C)
Dell U2718Q (with pesudo HDR)

I'd wait for a second hand/refurbished UltraFine 5K to pop up on eBay. I got two for £575 ($740) each.
