BEST 3rd Party Photoshop Plugins

I remember seeing in a digital arts magazine, about a year ago, a plugin for photoshop that simulated natural sunlight. I can't remember the magazine, or the plugin, but i remember that they had a huge plugin review section in the back. Anyway i'm looking for it. In fact i'm looking for any good plugins for photoshop, that helps with manipulating photography. I've been looking around at some, and i've found that plugins for photoshop fall into two categories. Either, cheesy, obviously digital effects (which most of them are) or natural looking, good enhancements. I'm looking for that latter, so if anyone can post what plugins they've used that they like, i'd appreciate it. thanks.

Eye Candy is a yummy program.

For regular image editing, I like Noise Nija and Fred Miranda's actions.

I'm actually looking for something like Light Machine, thats only for windows though, is there something like that for mac?
