Still overpriced. $269 - $50 for your RAM = $219. You can pick up 4GB from NewEgg for $200 and then turn around and sell your 2GB elsewhere for probably more than $50.
DDR2-667 is 5336 MB/s, so the terms "PC2-5300" and "PC2-5400" are both approximate and are used interchangeably.
As far as "best" goes I still prefer a seller who recognizes what a Mac is and is prepared to support their products with a compatibility guarantee, no restocking charges, and no shipping charges either way on any DOAs.
