Hi, is there any alarm clock app for IOS that works without any problems? I've been using this app Rise but its interface keeps getting complicated!

I don't want the time display on the screen but the alarm should work for anytime/day during the week.

I don’t understand why the bedtime alarm only lets you set one time for the entire week. I hate having to go in every day and changing it. Twice a week I have to wake up an hour early. I really can’t stand the harshness of setting an actual alarm in the phone either.

In the iOS Clock app on iPhone you can set a different repeat alarm for every day of the week or combinations thereof. If you need two separate alarms one for say Mon, Wed, Fri and one for Tue, Thur - that's really easy to do.

Or have I misunderstood the issue?

What's wrong with the stock Clock app? I've never had any problems with it.

You misunderstand. I don’t use the alarm because it is too jarring in the morning. I like the gradual sounds of the bedtime function. You can only set one time for that.

OIC. Yes, they could add multiple settings for that. Worth putting in a request on the Apple website?

I would love for them to make a multiple day feature for this, too. Only bone I have to pick with an otherwise great app.

I have been trying out the Bedtime feature but I've noticed that it doesn't record my sleep data (time in bed) consistently. Some nights it doesn't record any data at all. Has anyone experienced this?

Why don't you just use a custom sound/song that wakes you gradually. For years I've woken to David Gates' Suite: Clouds and Rain, which beings with the sound of wind and moves into quiet music, which slowly moves into the song itself. I'm sure you can find something that will work the same for you.
