Best app for picture collage?

Can anyone tell me the best app for collages?
I will need to print them also.
Either iPhone or iMac.

Tiled is a collage app for the iPhone. That is pretty much all I know about it, except that it's free for a limited time.

I know that's a lot of info to try and absorb all at once.
