Best app for recovering failing DVD-Rs?

I have some DVD-Rs that are starting to fail and I want to be able to copy as much data off them as possible. Finder and Disk Utility won't do it, as they bomb out with an error once they reach the problematic parts of the disks.

What are the best options? In the Windows world I'd immediately reach for Isobuster, but I don't have access to a Window machine at the moment.
