I use Post-It Plus. It works with the Pencil, lets you edit notes, and has pretty much replaced the zillion stickies I've had littering my desk at work.

Thanks! Do any of the other Sticky note apps work with the pencil please? I like having chooses and options thanks!

My notes don't sync with my iPhone to my iPad or the opposite either.
